Manasi Sen Gupta’s label has a uniqueness, a characteristic signature style which combines aesthetic sense and commercial viability. She creates exotic effects with surface ornamentation and vibrant colour.
Her collection has bright colours symbolizing different events of life such as birth, marriage etc. These ensembles celebrate the extension of various moods. The garments are clean cut with various prints and surface ornamentation to give a three dimensional texture. The silhouettes are simple, trendy and feminine.
Manasi is a graduate in Textile and Apparel design from Mumbai. She also has many years of experience with the handloom sector, especially with weavers. Manasi has taught at NIFT Kolkata, Wigan & Leigh College Kolkata and JD Birla of Home Science Kolkata.
